Obituary of Robert Dale Sexton

Robert Dale Sexton was born on July 31, 1946 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.  He went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 6, 2017.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy L. Hood and his brother, Michael “Bull” Cazzell.  He is survived by his wife, Donna K. Sexton, his three children, Mike Sexton and wife Tracy, Sheila Olden and husband Richard and Angie Hook and husband Hiram.  He is also survived by his sister, Linda Stice, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Robert joined the U.S. Air Force in 1965 where he served 4 years, 11 months of that overseas during the Vietnam War.  After returning home, he met the love of his life, Donna.  They celebrated 47 years of love on Monday.

He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors; loved to camp, fish and working on restoring old cars after he retired as an electrician and assemblyman from Unit Rig.  He also loved to travel.  Robert and Donna have traveled to all 50 states.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  See ya in 10 minutes…in God’s time!

Funeral Services are scheduled at 10:00 am on Wednesday at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.  Visitation is from 5-8 pm on Tuesday at Green Hill.  The family has entrusted the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.  9182242312/www.greenhillok.com
