Obituary of Billy Don Rose

Billy Don Rose was born June 13, 1943 and passed away on June 21, 2017 at the age of 74. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest A. and Edna Rose, 3 brothers and 1 sister. He is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Deborah Rose, 3 children: Rodney Rose and wife Angela, Dawn Pennington and husband Ernest and Holli Martin, 4 stepchildren: Dana Wilson, Stephanie and husband Matt Stone, Joey Leake and Tiffany, Julie Kitchens and husband Dustin, 2 brothers: Omer Rose and Forest Rose, Jr., and 1 sister Mary Jane Beasley, grandchildren: Jacob, Jonathan, Josh, Hannah, Levi, Hayven, Ethan, David, Destiny, Daniel, Mackenzie, Riley, Hunter, Zoey, Lena and Parker as well as a host of nieces and nephews and many friends.

Billy Don was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, where he grew up raising hell; until he was drafted into the United States Army in the 8th Battalion, 4th Field Artillery. After the Army, he returned to Sapulpa and went back to work at McKissick Products Division. He retired in 2008 and began enjoying his life spending time with Deborah and his grandchildren. He also enjoyed attending car shows.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday at the Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel.  Final Resting place in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.  Visitation is scheduled on Monday from 12- 8 pm.  The family has entrusted the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.  9182242312 / www.greenhillok.com
