I don’t know what really made me think of Joyce tonight. I guess just reliving some of the fun times when I lived not too far from the clinic and I would ride over with a friend to practice in the old outdoor arena. I remember when the clinic was built and she and Dr. Swafford lived in a single wide just beside it. Oh how I loved to watch her ride that gray horse she had. I always thought her show saddle was the prettiest thing I had ever seen. A lot of us had a lot of fun at the many horse shows that were held there. All of those horses are of course long gone in everything except our memories. Sadly too most of the people. The beauty where they now reside we can only try to imagine.

So Sorry to hear of Joyce's passing. Joyce was a special lady that always spoke her mind, which I admired about her. I took riding lessons from her in my younger days as did my sister. Prayers to the family. Debbie
