I am sad to see Joel has passed away. He was the best relator i have ever worked with and he treated my wife and i like family. I will keep his family in my prayers. Over the years he would stop by to check on us and see how we were.

We met Joel at an open house. Shortly after he became our realtor. He saw our babies going from crawling to walk, from being 2 to become 3 as he helped us to buy 2 homes. He wasn't anymore a "realtor", but our FRIEND. I have in mind a picture of you Joel, with baby Kendra in your arms that will help us to keep you on our memory forever. I can believe that only 2 months ago we had the privilege to receive your visit and have a nice chat full of valuable advices for our children. I can't believe we didn't make it: we really wanted to share with you this thanksgiving dinner, because we were so thankful of your job, of your friendship and advices. Way to young to have left us. You were really special for our little family. And famous overseas where we come from. From the stories that you told us, I believe you had a life far away from a standard one, with some incredible moments and some downs. I just hope that you had the time to do everything you wanted. We will miss you a lot. You are special.
