Helen Marie Gerber was born September 3, 1940 in Sapulpa, OK to Charles and Ethel Ragland. Helen married Norman in Las Vegas on March 26, 1960. Helen and Norman then returned to Sapulpa, Helen's hometown, where she lived until her passing on March 27, 2013.
Norman preceded her in death on March 2, 2009. She was also preceded in death by her father, mother, 3 brothers, 1 sister and infant daughter Mary Elizabeth.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Laura Minney and her husband Allen, three grandchildren; Sheila Edwards and husband Mike, Jennifer Watkins and husband John and Justin Minney. She is also survived by five great grandchildren (and one on the way); Mackenzie, John Jr. and Trinity Watkins, Hannah Edwards and Hailey and Dax Minney.
When Helen was able she loved reading romance novels, going to garage sales and to thrift stores. She adored her great grandchildren. She always said they kept her young and moving.
