Obituary of GENEVA MOORE

Geneva M. Clingings Moore was born on April 9, 1924 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to John and Addie Mullen and departed to be with her Heavenly Father on March 31, 2013. Geneva was saved at the early age of 11. She was called to be a preacher by the age of 15 and she began preaching at the age of 16 years. Geneva attended the Southwestern Assembly of God University in Waxahachie,Texas and graduated in 1945. After graduating, she ministered in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oregon, New Mexico, Virginia, Illinois and Washington. Her passion was living and winning souls for Christ. She would never hesitate to speak the word of God and pray for you whenever you called. Preceding Geneva in death are her spouses, JD Clingings and Estelle Moore; her father and mother, John and Addie Mullen; sisters, Edna Reed, Vera McBride, Ethel Mullen, Beatrice Dowdy, Ella Rainwater and Della Orr; and brothers Lawrence Mullen and Roy Mullen. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
