Jerome Wade Deramus was born January 16, 1972 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to proud parents Dwaine and Janice Deramus and passed away June 6, 2013. Jerome graduated from Kiefer High School and later went to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Jerome was preceded in death by his mother Janice Deramus. Jerome is survived by his brother Jason, two nieces Tori and Allie, and one child he considered his son, Dylan Cady. Jerome is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in the name of Dylan W. Cady at the Bank of Oklahoma.
