I miss you son. Loosing you was the hardest thing I've ever had to endure. I love you. Know that Scott Thomas Cotero III will never want.

Your random phone calls and text were usually about Thomas. Anyone that seen you with him knew how much you loved Thomas. You were always talking about him and regretting the time you lost with him but made it up when you seen him. Thomas loves you like crazy. And will grow up knowing that!

When we were little we would play box with dad. Boxing was so much fun. You of course always pushed me in front of you so that dad would get me before you. It was so funny, but of course when I learned how to hit hard enough you wouldn't do that anymore. Needless to say you and dad taught me how if protect myself. You made sure I knew how to do that so I was prepared for anything. You once told me I need to be able to protect myself from anything. You always looked out for me. You had a big heart and loved your family. I love you big brother!

I remember when T.C. and his friends built this huge ramp for skateboards in the parking lot of the Inola Methodist Church parking lot. They worked on that ramp all the time and would meet at the church to go and skateboard and ride bikes. My sister and our friends used to go and watch them a lot. That was one of the things that T.C. loved to do; Tinker with things and create something out of it to pass the time. I hope your skateboarding somewhere in heaven Bubba!

My brother and I did not always get along but he seemed to always know when to put that aside and to be there when needed him. I was dating a guy right after high school who didn't always treat me the best. We were living together across town from my parents and one night we got into a huge fight and he threw me out. I called T.C. in the middle of the night crying and he walked all the way from Dad's house to Chelsea Park apartments just to help me get my stuff and then walked me all the way back to Dad's house. We may not have always gotten along and we had our problems but he was still my big brother and the only one that I had. I will always miss you and I will continue to share these stories of you as they pop into my head. Love you T.C.!

My brother was the best fort builder ever. Didn't matter where or what he was using. Our favorite was my dads sectional. We would make tunnels and everything. Nothing like making forts and then playing hide-n-seek. It was hard finding each other in the tunnels. Great times and memories that will last and live on.

I remember when we lived in FL when we were younger. We had all tile floors and T.C. dumped soap and water all throughout the house and made a giant indoor slip and slide. He sat me and my sister down on a towel and pulled us all through the house. He was such a fun person and always made people laugh and smile. He was so much fun and loved to be the center of attention. I have so many memories of my brother that it is almost impossible to pinpoint one favorite memory. He was such an amazing person and I will hold these memories in my heart forever. These memories are the memories that I will share with his nieces and nephews when they get older so that the memories will live on.

I've always known my brother as an upbeat positive person. We loved to play video games, cook some "unique" meals, and I'll never forget our secret handshakes. He taught me everything from what good music is to how to throw a spiral, but my favorite memory I have is when he took me to the fair for a Shinedown concert. We had a blast all day and ended the night with a great show. That memory along this many more will stay with me for the rest of my life.

We use to be pretty good friends, run around town trying to get into trouble or something exciting atleast, or would just chill wasn't always a lot to do in Inola so you always had to make your own entertainment. So what few TRUE friends you had in a small town was always good to have. And with my graduation and military service put use far apart. So when I heard his passing it reminded me of our mischief we would get into, funny right. But celebrate his life not his passing.
