Wanda Louise "Lou" Wefer of Kellyville, Oklahoma left this life on February 8, 2014. She was born March 11, 1935 to Walter and Albie Smith in Watson, Oklahoma. She loved to do floral work but she most of all loved family time. She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Albie Smith; her husband Herbert "Herb" Wefer; 7 brothers and sisters; 1 half brother; 1 son; and 3 grandsons. Wanda is survived by her sons Dewayne Wefer; Kenneth Wefer; and Walter Wefer; daughter Debra Fletcher; daughters-in-law Darlene Wefer; Chrissie Wefer; and son-in-law Rich Fletcher. She had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Wanda also had many, many friends. She loved people.
