Charlie was a special brother the oldest brother a leader , always leading us and at times being the bossy brother, he was one to tell us stories and remembered everything. I remember him coming and picking me up when I was younger, spend the weekend with him we would go to the races, fishing,to the fair. Oh yeah to the wrestling matches, one of his favorite things, the favorite being fishing of course. He was a very hard worker ,loved flowers gardening ,and loved eating pickles. He loved kids although he had none of his own. He would have been a good dad stern but loving I'm sure. I will miss him dearly ,but I will see him again in heaven . Love you brother tell Jesus he is the greatest, and thank him for giving me a brother like you. Your sis Marilyn

Charlie was a wonderful man. He was a great husband to my sister, and that made me very happy. He would talk to anyone. He had that gift. He will be missed by many. I know he is in a better place with no pain.

Charles was my grandfather. Not by blood, but by love. He was the best grandpa I could wish for. He loved with no limits, and I will miss him dearly.

I will always carry my beloved grandpa in my heart. he was like a father to me and helped my grandma raise me. he always made sure i had everything i needed and kept me laughin so hard my sides hurt. I remember he used to get so irritated when i would say "duh" and he would rant about how stupid that word is. i miss him so so much and think about him everyday. I have so so many awesome memories that i will cherish forever. Rest in paradise grandpa.

Grandpa was the funniest person i knew. I never left his house without laughing so hard i almost cried. He gave me so many memories that i will cherish forever. I remember he contributed probably 50 furbies to my collection, going with me to garage sale after garage sale every weekend to help me find them. It's memories like that, that i will remember forever. I love my grandpa more than words could explain, he will always be in my heart.
