Obituary of Roger Harris

Rodger Lee Harris, of Kiefer passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born December 7, 1945 in Birmingham, Alabama. He was employed by Fabwell Corporation up until his retirement in July 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Harris, Era Estelle Harris, and a brother, Morris Harris. He is survived by a son, Lee Harris and wife, Lori Harris of Sapulpa, Daughter Angie Harris of Beggs, six grandchildren, Nicholas, Taylor, Jack, and Emma all of Sapulpa and Devon and Keenan Hightower of Beggs. He is survived by a sister, Joann McSween of Atlanta, Georgia; many cousins, nieces and nephews of the Birmingham and Atlanta Areas. There are also many close friends that he considered family. Rodger worked as a project manager for Fabwell Corporation and was also a member of the Sapulpa Elks Lodge where he enjoyed many friends over the years. He enjoyed fishing, watching old westerns, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and attending their ballgames.
