Wow, I just found this...Alan was my roommate in Spangdahlam Germany back in the early 80's...this is so heartbreaking...Alan was a wonderful and faithful friend...we were brought together by the Battalion Chaplain, Chaplain Troyer...Alan was moved to Headquarters Company...Alan was well respected as a Meddac, he also worked with my current wife Kim who was also a Meddac...I've been looking for Alan for years, I never found him on any type of media, facebook, linkedin ect...my best to his surviving family...Alan was just such a wonderful guy...
