Gertrude "Trudy" Stone passed away on Friday March 7, 2014 in Tulsa. Trudy is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Minerva Watkins; son, Mark Bowman; daughter, Janie Bowsher; and grandson, Justin Lewis. Trudy is survived by her husband, Stephen Stone; brother, Sam Watkins, Jr.; son James Bowman; daughter, Cindy Lewis; grandson, Hunter Bowman; granddaughter, Anna Hardy; and great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Lewis.
Stephen and Trudy were married for 32 years, they resided in Glenpool, Oklahoma. Trudy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to work with her hands whether it be sewing, flower arranging, knitting, jewelry making or bringing joy and laughter to anyone around her.
