Obituary of Kevin Bruce McGill

Funeral Services for Kevin Bruce McGill will be held Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Green Hill Funeral Home of Owasso. Kevin passed away Saturday, Mach 15, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 50. Kevin was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 13, 1963 to Arnnie Ray and Betty (Spicer) McGill. Kevin was a longtime resident of Catoosa, Oklahoma. Kevin is preceded in death by his father Arnnie Ray McGill, his grandparents Luther and Bessie McGill, and Rufus and Thelma Spicer. Kevin is survived by his son Kenny McGill of Tulsa, His daughters Sara and Jesi McGill of Claremore, his longtime companion, Theresa Corbet of Catoosa, his mother Betty Wallis of Tulsa, his sister Elaine and husband Don Christ of Catoosa, his brother Rick Lishbrook of Broken Arrow, his sister Karen and husband Frank Fields of Catoosa, and his brother Scott and wife Cindy McGill of Inola, eight nieces and nephews, fifteen great nieces and nephews and a plethora of friends. Kevin worked for Linde Processing at the Port of Catoosa for 26 years. He was a fitter welder by trade, but spent the last few years as a supervisor of the structural shop. Kevin had a personality that was larger than life and could always make you smile. He was a jokester and loved to pull pranks. He loved the outdoors; his hobbies included team roping, hunting and fishing. He could always be called on for a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.
