Ethel Louise Wilson went to walk with her Lord and Savior on September 14, 2008. She was 91 years old. Louise was born June 6, 1917, in Okmulgee, to Jacob and Ethel Riggle. The family moved to Sapulpa shortly after she was born. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1934 and lived the majority of her life here. Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker and attended Westside Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, watching golf, embroidering and cooking for her family. Being the oldest of five siblings and the mother of five boys, she was the cornerstone of a large family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Lawrence Wilson; parents, Jacob and Ethel Riggle; oldest son, Charles Wilson and brother, Vernon Riggle. She is survived by her daughter-in-law; Gay Wilson of Broken Arrow; four sons, Ronnie Wilson and wife Connie of Glenpool, Larry Wilson and wife Ruth of Oilton, Lawrence L. Wilson, Jr. "Snookie" and wife Kathy of Sapulpa, Jerry Wilson and wife Gladys of Sapulpa; sisters, Betty Piernikowski of Sapulpa, Doris Wells of Sapulpa, and brother; Phil Riggle of Sapulpa. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
