I lived by Ms. Kelly in 2003 she was a very sweet lady and welcome us in to the neighborhood always sharing her newspaper with my husband Rocky who is also deceased since 2012. She gave us Christmas cakes etc. very sweet lady enjoyed her she will be missed sorry to hear of her passing.
