Otto Joseph Soer, Jr. passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at the age of 74. Otto was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 16, 1928 to Otto Soer, Sr. and Helen Siegler-Soer. He served his country in the US Navy and retired from Fleming Food Company as the production manager.
Otto is survived by his loving wife, Betty; children, Ken Soer of Mounds, Linda Cloyd of Loami, Illinois, Cindy Fulk of Mounds and Michael Soer of Mounds; grandchildren , Stacy, Shawn and Andrew; great grandson, Michael and sisters, Dorothy Miller and Rosie Copperwats. Otto is also survived by many other family members and friends, particularly his friends at Hickory Crossing.
