Today, Febuary 12th, I was informed of Neil's passing. I wish I could have known at the time, but I can still say to his family that Neil was a good Friend. We wern't close, butNeilsomeone that I felt I could ask for help should I'd needed it. I pray that he knew that he could always do the same of me. Ben Hopkins, Tulsa
