Obituary of MARY SCOTT
Please share a memory of MARY to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Mary was a product of the depression era and that time left it's mark on her as with a whole generation of people who learned early to have a generous nature, quick to offer help to others and live a wholesome existence.
Born in a small Arkansas town, displaced to Eastern Oklahoma when her father died, and moved to Northern California with Bill in the late forties. She had expressed many times, the desire to return to Oklahoma. Her wish has been met, albeit, late in life as she was escorted to the 'farm in Mounds' which belongs to her daughter, Laura.
May she rest in peace here in Sapulpa, a short distance from her preferred place. She will be dearly missed - remembered for her quick come-backs to any comment. Her leaving creates a void that cannot be filled. We will join her in heaven.
