William Earl "Billy" Barber, 43, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away Friday, January 30, 2009. He was born December 13, 1965, in Tucson, Az. He was a job site supervisor for Dry Tech Inc. working in Jacksonville, Florida.
Billy is survived by his two children; Samantha Barber and Garrett Barber of North Carolina; two sisters; Pamela D. Barber of Ft. Smith, Ar., Diane Ivy of Muldrow, Ok,; brother; Joe Ivy of Long, Ok.; nieces; Patricia, Janice and Carolyn; nephew; Joseph.

Graveside services will be held at Cottonwood cemetery on Monday February 16, 2009 at 1:00 pm.
