Robert "Bob" Raymond Cox was born on April 26, 1939, in Parsons, Kansas to Harlan and Roberta Cox. He passed away on February 24, 2009, in Tulsa at the age of 69 and is now walking the streets of gold with his loved ones.   Robert entered the Air Force as a young adult, receiving an honorable discharge four years later. He retired from American Airlines as a Quality Control Inspector on May 31, 1996 after 30 + years of service. He thoroughly enjoyed flying and would often fly to Chicago to get to Los Angeles leaving his children geographically confused for years.   Robert loved dancing, Elvis, OU Football, collecting everything and eating good food. While he will be greatly missed, he will never be forgotten and his memory will remain in our hearts until the day we meet him in Heaven.   Robert is survived by children; Robert Cox and wife Jan of Sapulpa and Rhonda DuVall and husband Craig of Bixby; sisters; Patsy Davolt and husband Robert and Chris Sheddrick and husband Ron all of Oswego, Kansas; grandsons; Cody Cox, Kyle Cox, and Dalton DuVall and loving girlfriend, Judy Baldwin.     Service: Services will be Friday February 27, 2009 at 10:00 am at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery Sand Springs, Ok. Cemetery: Woodland Cemetery Sand Springs, Oklahoma
