John Michael Spitale was born May 28, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to Miguel Spitale and Thresa Arena-Spitale. John served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He was retired from his career as a Brass instrument Manufacturer and repairman. He is survived by his two daughters, Tina Garner and Terry Tallant.
