Obituary of Sherry Lynn Caywood

Sherry Lynn Caywood was born December 3, 1959 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Paul Applegate and Juanita (Smith).  She went to be with the Lord June 11, 2018.

 

Sherry was very smart and always made straight A’s in school.  She was a dental hygienist before she retired.  She was an amazing sister and mother.  She was the type of person that if you needed anything, she was always there, doing her best to help you out.

 

She loved her son, Michael, very much.  The day he was born, he became her life.

 

Sherry was preceded in death by her mother Juanita Smith; step-dad Louis Smith; sister Anita Bradley; grandparents Alma and Charlie Applegate and Roxy and Orval Bishop; aunts Letha Snell and Wilma Bing; uncles Jerry Bishop and Kenneth Bishop.  She is survived by her son Michael Ericksten; father Paul Applegate and step-mother Vicki Applegate; sister Gale Collier and husband David; brothers Stevie McKinley, Redgie Carrick, Jr. and Mark Bradley and well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation - Friday June 15, 2018 from 12:00pm-8:00pm at Green Hill Funeral Chapel Sapulpa.

Funeral Service - 2:00pm Saturday June 16, 2018 at Green Hill Funeral Chapel Sapulpa.

Final Resting Place - South Heights Cemetery 1815 S. Ridgeway Sapulpa (918)227-1590.
