Obituary of Dorothy Lee Wallace

Dorothy Lee (Edwards) Wallace was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma on May 22, 1930 to Elmer and Oma (Albert) Edwards. She went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2018.  She was 88 years old.

Dorothy was a homemaker and close to her husband.  Where he went, she went until he passed away in 2010.  The couple did not have children of their own and she became a special aunt to nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.  She loved spending time with them, especially sitting on the floor cutting out paper dolls with her nieces.  She was a kind person, never speaking a harsh word. 

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Huburt.  She is survived by her sister Alpha and numerous nieces and nephews.  She will be lovingly remembered for her warmth and kindness by her family.

Funeral services are scheduled at 2 pm on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Green Hill Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family has entrusted Green Hill Funeral Home with the services.  400 E. Teel Road 918-224-2312
