Lenora Ruth (Henderson) Worden was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on June 1, 1939 to parents Denver Henderson and Ruth (Dudley) Henderson.  She went to be with the Lord May 19, 2019 at the age of 79.

Lenora was a longtime resident of Kellyville.  She worked as a legal secretary before her retirement and enjoyed painting, gardening, jewelry making, cooking, camping and going to flea markets.   Lenora loved her pets.  She had 9 outside cats and 2 chihuahuas, Micky and Cocoa.  She loved all of her animals, but she had a special bond with Micky.  More than anything she loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.  She loved her grandchildren and one great-grandchild more than anything.

Lenora was preceded in death by her parents Denver and Ruth Henderson; brother Sammy Nimmo; and daughters Michelle Worden and Jamie Whitaker.  She leaves behind her husband Michael Newton, Sr. of the home; daughter Donna Kirby of Tulsa; son Jimmy Le Miley of Tulsa; stepson Michael Newton, Jr. of Sapulpa; sister Pat Gill of Texas; brother Denver Nimmo of Foyil, OK; 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
