Obituary of Jerry Warren Kays

Jerry Warren Kays was born on March 16th 1941 in Nowata, Ok. to Charlie and Mary (Maggard) Kays. He passed on to his Heavenly home on June 14th 2019 at the age of 78. Jerry graduated NEO and then attended what is now OSU. He was a wiz at Calculus and Trigonometry.
He served our country honorably with the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. On September 1st, 1967 we married Margaret Hinch. They made their home in Tulsa Oklahoma. Jerry was one of the founding partners of OSECO, Oklahoma Safety  Equipment Company. He was a manager who worked along side those in the plant.
Jerry is survived by his wife, but of nearly 52 years, Margaret.  His son John and wife Nikki Kays of Sand Springs. His daughter, Jeri Lynn and  husband Wes Hines of Collinsville. Granddaughters, Morgan and husband Eligio Rios of Austin, Texas and Anna Hines of Collinsville. Grandsons, David  Hines of Collinsville and Preston Hollis & Hunter Kays of Sand Springs. Along with a host of nephews and nieces.
A Memorial Service  is planned for Saturday  June 29th at 11am. Located at Friendship Baptist Church  114100 E. 86th Street North,  Owasso, Ok. 74055
