Obituary of Ronald Eugene Carlock

Ronald E. Carlock, of Sapulpa, went to be with the Lord July 7, 2019 at the age of 76.  He was born to Clarice and Waldo Carlock on August 27, 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Oklahoma Osteopath Hospital; but lived in Sapulpa the majority of his life.

Ron attended Sapulpa High School.  After graduating he worked for Warehouse Market, Safeway, then the FRISCO Rail Road, now known as Burlington Rail Road.  He held jobs as a Switchman, Yard Master and Brakeman. He retired after 40yrs of Service in 2002.

Ron married Sue Rush and the couple was blessed with two daughters. Ron and Sue were married 58 years prior to his passing July 7, 2019.  Ron loved hunting, playing golf and being in the Elks organization.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his wife Sue Carlock of the home. Daughters Ronda Dees and husband James and Becky Wescott.  Grandchildren David Witt and wife Jaime.  Cody Wescott and Cory Wescott.  3 Great Grandsons Jonah and Zachariah Witt and Waylon Wescott.  Siblings Susan Harrison, Carol McCullum, James Carlock and wife Pam, Larry Carlock and wife Carol.

Visitation - Wednesday July 10, 2019 from 12:00pm - 8:00pm Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel Sapulpa.

Funeral Service - 2:00pm Thursday July 11, 2019 Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel Sapulpa.

Final Resting Place - Green Hill Memorial Gardens Sapulpa.
