Obituary of Jeffrey Allen Palmer

Jeffrey “Tiny” Allen Palmer was born at UCLA hospital in Orange County, CA on January 28, 1987 at 2:18am, and passed on to be with our Lord July 8, 2019 at 10:02am at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK at the young age of 32.

He is survived by his parents Theresa and Eddie Kelley of Broken Arrow, daughter Elayna Rose Palmer, son Levi Rucker and his fiancé Jessica Rucker of Tulsa, sister Savannah Ogborn, brother Thomas and wife Jenna Kelley, and two nephews Ty and Aiden Kelley of Jenks, numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He lived his life fully.  He loved his children and cared deeply for his family and friends.  Jeffrey was an avid gamer.  He loved to cook and eat food!  He enjoyed life and loved to make people laugh so they could also enjoy life. 

You will be missed deeply!
