Obituary of Lieuvinia Alberta Lewis

Lieuvinia Alberta Lewis (Lilly) was born in Sparks, Oklahoma on May 8, 1935 to parents Charles Thomas and Estella Lilly (Warden).  She went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa at the age of 84.

She attended Sparks High School and Tulsa Business College.  She was employed by the Bank of Tulsa and WK Warren Oil Company. She married Thomas David Lewis on March 31, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  They shared 34 years together until he passed away in 1991.  Lieuvinia loved all of her family, especially the babies.  She loved to garden and made sure that nobody left her house hungry.  For enjoyment, she liked reading and listing to gospel music. Some of her favorites were the Statler Brothers, Daily & Vincent and the Gaither Family.  She enjoyed going with her husband and children to music festivals and Christmas Programs.

Lieuvinia was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Estella Lilly, husband Thomas Lewis and sister Ellen Boydstun.  She is survived by son Charles Thomas Lewis and his wife Peggy of Tulsa, son Michael Wayne Lewis of Tulsa, daughter Patricia Lewis-McLane of Sapulpa, daughter Carolyn Louise Lewis of Tulsa, sisters Eula Mae Bishop of Shawnee, OK, Norma Felker of Perkins, OK and Letha Hanham of Tulsa.  She is also survived by sister-in-law Sue Hardcastle of Wilburton, OK as well as grandchildren Michael Jacob McLane and his wife Laura and Misty Lynn McLane, great-grandchildren Julianna McLane, Oscar McLane and Dakota McLane, multiple nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephew and pets Guardian, Sarah and Gerty.

Funeral Service - 2:00pm Friday August 9, 2019 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel 400 E. Teel Rd. Sapulpa.
