Obituary of TERRY THOMAS

Terry Paul Thomas, 60, loving husband and devoted father and grandfather passed away peacefully on March 6, 2012 in Tulsa, Ok. Terry was born May 20, 1951 in Tulsa, Ok to Betty White Cooper of Tulsa, Ok and the late Warren Paul Thomas of Tulsa, Ok. Terry attended McClain High School in Tulsa, Ok and graduated 1969. After graduating High School, Terry joined the United States Navy and received an honorable discharge. Terry was employed by Tulsa Winch Group for 12 years where he was a dedicated Foreman and employee. Terry met the love of his life Barbara Johnson in 1974 and married in 1975 and have been together ever since. Together they had five loving children and were blessed with 22 grandchildren which he loved with all his heart. Terry gave his life to the lord in May 1, 1985 and continued to preach and spread the word of God until Jesus called him home. Terry is now in God's hands and will always be an Angel to everyone he's ever met. Terry was preceded in Death by his late father Warren Paul Thomas, Brother Mike Wilson, and Sister Tina Brownrigg. Terry is survived by his Mother Betty White Cooper, Step Father Alfred Cooper, Sister Sally Rhinehart, his loving and beautiful wife of 36 years Barbara Johnson Thomas, Daughter Amy Lee Bighorse, Daughter Betty Anne Thomas, Daughter Holly Kaye Thomas, Daughter Barbara Elizabeth Thomas (Beth) and Son Noah Paul Thomas. Terry is also survived by 22 grand kids, several nieces and nephews, a son and daughter in law and hundreds of lifelong friends.
