Mac LaVee Slaton passed away Sunday January 19th, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born to Ernest LaVee Slaton and Josephine Jewell Cornett on February 17th 1938 in Piedmont, OK.
Mac was married to Betty Jane Gregory in 1958 and they were married for 61 years, at the time of his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, his granddaughter Brandi Slaton, as well as his brothers Vaughan Slaton and Victor Slaton. He is survived by his wife Betty, two children; Cindy Lou Crabtree and her husband Tony, and Ernie Slaton and his wife Aimee, along with 4 grandchildren: Amber Fulks, Kayle Slaton, Tyler Crabtree and Josh Henson, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 24th at the First Christian Church 220 E Lee Avenue in Sapulpa.
The family requests that lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Jan 24 at 2:00 PM at First Christian Church 220 E. Lee Ave., Sapulpa
