Obituary of Jason Kyle Campbell

Jason Kyle Campbell, 40, of Tulsa, died Wednesday, January 22, 2020. He was born February 8, 1979, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Barbara Murphy and David Campbell. Jason joined the United States Army after high school, was stationed in Germany, and deployed to Kosovo during his service. He was able to work several jobs during his life, but enjoyed his time working in health care and auto detailing the most. He enjoyed the culinary arts and cooking for those he loved, and hoped to attend a culinary program. He had a huge heart and loved his family and friends fiercely. He was always willing to lend a hand to his loved ones. He is survived by four children: Emma Campbell and Kolby Campbell of Falun, Kansas; Wade Campbell of Derby, Kansas; and Paizley Campbell of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. His parents Barbara and Jeff Murphy of Glenpool, Oklahoma and David and Shelley Campbell of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Brothers Chris (Cass) Murphy of Joplin, Missouri; Randall (Lauren) Firey of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and Jon (Holly) Firey of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Grandparents Hearld and Linda Campbell of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Nieces and nephews Bayleigh and Bentley; Katlin, Nattallee, Ethen, and Alexis; Griffin and Finley, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and Pauline Langham, sister, Laura Norris, cousin, Jennifer Lunow, and aunt, Donna Hunziker. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church of Sapulpa at 111 South Oak, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, 74066. His ashes will be buried with his beloved sister, Laura, at Green Hill Memorial Gardens. .
