Joe E. Hardin, Sr. was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1943 in Dickens, Texas to Joseph E. Hardin and Fairy Mae (Tilley). He passed away April 26, 2020 at the age of 76.
As a young man, Joe served his country as a U.S. Marne. He served in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Joe was an extremely hard worker. He worked for and retired from APAC Construction as Street Construction Foreman. When he became bored with retirement he went back to work for A & A Asphalt.
Joe was a serious man. During the last many years his daughter-in-law, Kelly Glenn, became his caretaker. They grew to be close companions and were blessed to have one another. He also had a close relationship with Kelly’s sons Kyle Glenn and Logan Price.
Joe is survived by sisters B.J., Linda, Stoney and Paula; daughter-in-law Kelly Glenn; and several grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Memorial Services scheduled for May 20, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel 400 East Teel Road Sapulpa, OK 74066
