Obituary of Sarah Jane Holmes

Sarah Jane Holmes (Allen), 79, was born on February 28, 1941 in Stonewall, OK to Hellen & Oscar Allen. She was the youngest of 8 children. She had 4 children; Patricia Austin, Christopher Holmes, Jeffrery Holmes & Randal Holmes. She had 3 grand-daughters; Britney Kasee, Carly Parris & Kirbi Austin & 3 great-grand-daughters; Addison Peters, Madelyn Peters & Mila Kasee. She was proceeded in death by both parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Sarah was full of life, she loved to fish, garden, and take walks by the lake. She always had an affinity for the outdoors and enjoyed spending time with the family, camping and telling stories about her life. Sarah was always a source of light and joy in others’ lives with a beautiful smile and infectious laugh that would melt your heart. Sarah was a devout Christian and loving mother who was as strong at the end as she was during her life. We are here today not just to mourn a loss, but to cherish a life well lived and well loved.
