Bill Nelson Clay of Owasso, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at the Porta Caeli Hospice House. He was medically discharged from the U.S. Navy during World War 1. In 1985, after 40 years of employment, Bill retired as a material expediter from Phillips Petroleum Co., in Odessa, Texas
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Clella (Clay) Haddock and Henry N Clay and by his wife Dorothy (Duke) Clay.
Bill is survived by his daughter Kristy “Kris” Dominey and her husband Mike of Collinsville, Oklahoma. His son Keith Clay and wife Ann of Thornton, Colorado. Granddaughter Misty (Dominey) King and her husband David of Sweetwater, Texas. Grandsons Matt Dominey and wife Melody of Midland, Texas, Colin Clay and his wife Meghan of California, and Conor Clay of Thorton, Colorado.
No services will be held. He will be buried at Sunset Memorial Gardens next to his late wife Dorothy Clay.
