Floyd Ed VanVickle was born in Memphis, Tennessee on December 15, 1968 to Paul Ed VanVickle, Sr. and Donna J. (Wagoner) VanVickle. He passed away March 1, 2021 at Saint Francis Hospital at the age of 52. Floyd was an auto detailer by trade and had a wonderful sense of humor. He could make anyone laugh and lighten your mood whenever you were down. He loved his ball caps, blue jeans and t-shirts. He was rarely without his coffee and tobacco. He enjoyed playing bingo, going fishing, Conway Twitty and classic country music. He loved watching NASCAR and attended as many races as he could. His favorites were Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Of all the things in Floyd’s life, what he loved the most was his only child, 15 year old daughter Kerrianne. He loved getting to go visit her at her home in Texas. Floyd was preceded in death by his father Paul VanVickle, Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Kerrianne VanVickle of Grand Prairie, Texas; mother Donna VanVickle; brother Paul VanVickle, Sr.; sisters Laraine and Connie VanVickle; foster brothers Ray and Allen; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
