Obituary of Jimmy Donald Fretz, Jr.

Please share a memory of Jimmy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jimmy Donald Fretz. Jr. was born in Albuquerque, NM on April 4, 1969 to Jimmy and Linda Fretz. He passed from this life on March 3, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Marsia Fretz; 3 daughters Andrea LaRue, Lauren Fretz and Sierra Fretz; 3 step-sons, Jason VanDeventer, Sean VanDeventer and Josh VanDeventer; 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and his loving sister Djuana Fretz. Jimmy took pride in being an Eagle scout as a youth and a Scout Master as an adult. He served in the Oklahoma National Guard for 11 years as an infantryman and squad leader. He worked at Bay Ltd. as a draftsman and manager, being a faithful employee with them for 15 years. Jimmy was a family-oriented man. His family meant the world to him. He enjoyed playing and making memories with his grandchildren, going fishing, camping, and grilling food for his family and friends. He was always the grill master of the family. You never had to leave hungry because he absolutely loved to feed people. He loved GOD and was a good example of "Love thy neighbor as yourself". Bowling was one of his favorite pastimes. He bowled in two different bowling leagues at Sahoma Lanes in Sapulpa. He helped people anytime he could. If he was driving and saw someone stranded, he would stop and offer to help. Jimmy was a pillar to every community that he was a part of and will be sorely missed by all. ***In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations toward services. A GoFundMe has been set up for donations. https://gofund.me/32702bda
