Earnest Ray Ferreira, Sr. was born September 10, 1944 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to George and Ethel Ferreira. He spent his life working and raising his children in the Sapulpa/Kiefer/Beggs area. He was an oilfield pumper and enjoyed helping others.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rosemary Ferreira of the home; his children: Wayne and Cindy Ferreira of Morris, OK, Don and Vicki Murray of Kiefer, OK, Covey and Wendy Murray of Kiefer, OK, Earnest Ray, Jr. and Destany Ferreira of Beggs, OK, Tonyia and Randy Mallonee of Beggs, OK; 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings: Leona Clark, JoAnn Romine, James Ferreira, Robert Ferreira, Virginia “Ginny” Schlosser; and a son Scotty Ferreira.
Family has requested mask be worn if possible and social distancing be observed.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Calvary Light House in Bixby, Oklahoma. Services will live streamed to the Green Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery page. https://www.facebook.com/GreenHillFuneralHomeandCemetery
