Debra Kay Poplin was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 2, 1958 to her parents Edward and Bobbie Gipson.
Debra had 3 beautiful daughters whom she loved dearly, Karen, Chrissy and Tonya.
Debra married her husband James Poplin on June 18, 2010. She was an installer of airplane parts for Walden Machine Shop for 13 years. Debra loved her family and especially all 10 of her grandchildren.
Debra is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Bobbie; 2 sisters, Phyllis and Charlotte and 1 brother, Frank.
Debra is survived by her husband, James; her 3 daughters, Karen, Chrissy and Tonya; and 1 brother, Pete.
