Obituary of Jennifer Christine Mills

Jennifer Christine (Christy) Bayliss-Mills, 36 of Kellyville, Oklahoma passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 in Tulsa from a tragic accident. Born March 6, 1985 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. She grew up in Kellyville with her family, parents Robert and Ginnie Bayliss and siblings Candice and Robert Bayliss. She graduated from Kellyville in 2003 and from TCC in 2005 with a degree in Biology. She worked various jobs to expand her life experiences. It was then when she met Jeff Mills, while working together, and they got married in 2005. They gave birth in 2005 to a beautiful baby boy Michael and later to another beautiful baby boy Jeffrey in 2007. She then went on to marry Devin Hughes in 2020 whom passed away with her in this tragic accident. She had a passion for art, including painting, crafting and journaling. She also enjoyed reading various genres of literature. She had an amazing sense of humor and was always trying to play jokes on someone. She is preceded in death by her Granny Mary Burgess, Grandpa William David Crawley Sr., Uncle William David Crawley Jr., Aunt Kim, and her Aunt Rhonda. She is survived by her two sons Michael Mills and Jeffrey Mills, her parents Robert and Ginnie Bayliss of Kellyville and Scott and Lisa Ciraulo of Silverthorn, CO, siblings, Candice Bayliss of Stillwater, Robert Bayliss of Tulsa, Anthony Ciraulo of Denton, TX, Chris Ciraulo currently stationed in San Diego, CA and her four nieces. She is also survived by her Grandma Vivian, Aunt Robin, and Uncle Danny, along with numerous cousins who loved her so very much. Services will be held at Coalition formerly Dripping Springs on Saturday May 15th at 10 a.m. Christy will be dearly missed by all of us, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out and offered a helping hand during this time of need.
