Dustin was an incredible, caring, and supportive man. He made a tremendous difference in the lives of others each day. I will miss his gentle soul, smile, and quiet laugh. On a personal note, Dustin was loved much by my brother who he supported each week. Even after receiving a promotion he maintained contact keeping the relationship alive. He will be missed but always remembered.
Warmest Regards,
Eddie Miller

Amber has been my best friend since we were in elementary school, the first time that I met Dustin I knew that he was perfect for her.
We had many family games nights that Dustin would attend and he always was so much fun to be around, he made everyone laugh and it was so infectious. Dustin was a great man, I enjoy all the time that we got to spend together, and the times we would talk outside of seeing each other. He was a good husband, a good friend and an amazing father. He will forever be remembered and never forgotten.
We love you Dustin and miss you so much! Until we meet again.
Forever in our hearts.
Love always,
Heather, Andy, Shyann and Christopher.

I sit here as I process it all and feel an array of feelings. I also notice how my mind and body just want to cut off and numb out, because it feels too overwhelming and agonizing.
I appreciate how some family relationships are being repaired through this sorrow but wish it wouldn’t have taken this. It’s ironic how often through death, that we are reminded how to live.
I wonder if my nephew was such a blessing that even in his untimely death, he brought people together.
He was known as being a person who exemplified pure joy. He was always seeing things positively and was someone who looked for and found the goodness in people. He set that example for all of us and put in context what we can all strive for. He profoundly reminded us of that.
May Dustin’s memory be a blessing and may my sister and the family have the needed support and strength to cope with all the pain and grief.
I love you Dustin !!! ❤
Aunt Gee
(was supposed to be aunt angie but dustin shortened it as a youngster since it was easier to say. As an adult he always called me Gee and everyone does now)

Dustin, was our first grandchild and so precious which never changed. When he began to talk I tried getting him to call me names for a grandmother. He had his own name for me which he called me Diddy. I don't no where he came up with that but that was fine. Now all the other grand kids call me that as well as my sisters and brothers. So I will always have that piece of him with me and that will never change. Every time I hear my name Diddy, I know it was from someone special.
Love you
Diddy
