Please share a memory of Jerry to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jerry Wayne Delmar was born May 21st 1964 to Betty and Jerald Delmar of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He passed peacefully in one of the places he loved most, his truck, on September 4th 2021.
Jerry grew up in Sapulpa and attended Sapulpa High School and Votech. He managed the meat department for many years at Warehouse Market before discovering his passion for truck driving. He said he enjoyed over the road driving because he got to see new places all over America.
Jerry loved the Dallas Cowboys and Sooner football. He also enjoyed watching Smokey and the Bandit, Star Trek, 70's rock 'n roll music and loved his mountain dew. When he wasn't on the road he loved spending time with his son, daughter and other family. He was often known for his goofy sense of humor and many people remember him joking around and being silly. He always wanted to make the people around him smile.
He is preceded in death by his Aunt Marsha.
Jerry is survived by his parents and three children; son, Dallas Delmar; daughter, Jordan Ayers and grand daughter Stella; daughter Natalie Henderson; brother Steven Delmar; sister Debbie Aemisegger; aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
