William 'Billy' Warren Clark III, born on April 9, 1962 in El Cajon, CA, passed away on November 21, 2021 in Chelsea, OK. Billy was 59 years old.
Billy loved the outdoors, fixing cars, and mowing for others. He took great pride in caring for the land that God blessed him with. He was always outside working on something or moving his treasures.
Billy is survived his mother and stepfather Lois and Joe Bowers of Owasso; daughter and son-in-law Jill and Mack Van Ranken of Owasso; grandchildren Evan and June; sisters Pam, Debbie, and Angela; and brothers Jody and Robby.
Billy was preceded in death by his father William Warren Clark II; daughter Mandy Clark; his sister Kathy Fry; and his brother Wayne Clark.
Billy will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him.
