Obituary of Richard Gene Wolf

Rick Wolf passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the age of 60. He was born on December 2, 1961 to Eldridge and Wanda (Cates) Wolf in Tulsa, OK. Rick was born the second of four children. After graduating from Kiefer High School in the class of 1980, he worked as a pulling unit operator at Helmco for several years before going to work at Memorial Machine Shop as a machinist. During his 15 years of marriage to Mindy (Davidson) Wolf, they had a son, Garrett in 1995. He resided in the country between Kiefer and Mounds, OK. He is proceeded in death by his parents and his youngest brother, Kenny. He is survived by his son Garrett of Mounds, OK, his brothers Terry (Kim) Wolf of Sapulpa, OK and John (Shelley) Wolf of Springdale, AR and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Rick enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time. He enjoyed spending time at the lake whether he was boating, fishing or swimming. These activities became increasingly difficult during the last ten years of his life as he battled many illnesses. His ill health became increasingly challenging and landed him in the hospital many times where he showed a strong will to survive and managed to brush off death many times before he said “I’m done”. He believed in Jesus Christ and is confident we would all meet again in heaven. This is not goodbye, it’s see you later.
