Carmeletta Kay Cochran, 69, passed away on Tuesday January 18, 2022 in her home surrounded by loved ones. Kay was born on November 22, 1952 to C.L & Joy Leigh. She was preceded in death by her parents C.L & Joy Leigh and her son Stephen Miller. She is survived by her husband David Cochran, her sons Johnny & Bubba Miller, son Sammy, her step-daughters Angel, Shawna, and Davi, 19 Grandchildren, 27 Great grandchildren, and her siblings Ronnie Leigh & Patricia Leon.
She enjoyed working and was always caring for people. She had a love for babies and children like no other. She enjoyed attending church on Sundays, going to rodeos, watching Hallmark Christmas movies all year, having an occasional margarita with her husband while eating her favorite Mexican food. If she was home, her home was filled with grandkids.
