Obituary of Michael Todd Barnes

Michael Todd Barnes, age 58, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. He was born on July 17, 1963, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a longtime resident of Simi Valley, California, but his family and him returned to Oklahoma in 2005. He is survived by his loving wife, Antoinette Barnes. His stepfather, Gordon Bohling, two brothers, Ken Barnes (Amy) and Chris Barnes (Shay), one sister, Brooke Barnes. Three children; Taylor Messaoudi (Lyes), Spencer Barnes (Kristen), and Skylar Barnes. Three grandchildren; Kaidan Messaoudi, Isaac Barnes, and Mia Messaoudi, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives. Mike grew up playing football and wrestling in the Southern California area always accompanied by his dad and brothers. He graduated from Royal High School (Simi Valley, CA) in 1982. In his spare time, he enjoyed concerts, haunted attractions, working on his Karmen Ghia, frisbee golf, estate sales and spending time with his family. He had a wild side with a kind heart and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Patriot Golf Course, 5790 North Patriot Drive, Owasso, Oklahoma on Friday, February 25, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. The family will be there to greet relatives and friends.
