Obituary of Mary Lou Holt

Mary Lou Holt, 75, went to her forever home with the Lord on February 16, 2022. She was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on February 17, 1946. Mary Lou worked for Sapulpa and Jenks Public Schools for many years doing many different jobs. Along the way, she went back to school and got her CNA and MAT certification, then went along to work with adult and edlerly special needs people. Jerry and Mary Lou Holt were married on October 28, 1994. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her father, John Henry Williams, mother, Lula Williams, brother, Jimmy Loyd Williams, sister Georgia Ann Boren, brother-in-law, Bob Boren, brother-in-law, Butch John, and brother-in-law, Don Napier. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Holt, sisters Barbara Napier, Peggy John, Linda Frederick, and Katrena Johnson, as well as her children Angie and Coyte Hopkins of Glenpool, OK, Becky and Jeremy Brownrigg of Skiatook, OK, Terry and Christal Holt of Sapulpa, OK, and Trellia Drossel of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, Sierra Goolsby, Morgan Bumpus, Savannah Hopkins, Olivia Hopkins, Kyler Holt, Jayden Chamblee, Brayden Holt, Mallory Drossel, Rhett Drossel, Watson Brownrigg, Elise Drossel, and her 2 great grandchildren Raegan Davis and Gentry Davis. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die. John 11:25 Services will be held at 2:00 pm at Westside Freewill Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 with interment in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
