Lionel Dean Bilby was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 5, 1929 to Carl Bilby and Lucy (Mathews) Bilby.
Lionel married Opal Duke on May 28, 1949. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Opal. He is survived by his son Curtis Bilby and wife Susan of Kellyville, OK, granddaughter Gennie Griffin and husband William of Shelby, Nebraska, grandson Chris Bilby and wife Rebecca of Hot Springs, AR, great-grandchildren Alice Griffin, Arthur Bilby and Dean Griffin, as well as one brother, Charles Bilby of Kellyville, OK.
The family will be having a Memorial Service for Lionel on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 11:00 am at Allen Freewill Baptist Church on North Highway 97.
