Naomi Wilhelm Lamb, 84, of Tulsa, OK, passed away peacefully in her home on the morning of April 16, 2022, after an extended illness. She was born Aug. 8, 1937, in Canehill, AR, but lived in a variety of places throughout Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma before settling in Tulsa for the remainder of her life. Naomi graduated from high school in Midland, Texas and had several careers over the years, including waitress, café owner, bookkeeper, and secretary. She retired from Williams Machining Specialists in Kellyville, OK several years ago.
Naomi loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and made an effort to create special memories with each of them. A favorite memory for all seems to be having ice cream for breakfast and watching their best-loved movies together when the grandkids spent the night with Nana.
Naomi was preceded in death by her mother, Dessie, father, C.T., brothers James, Junior, and Dwight, sisters Alma Ray and Joyce, and granddaughter Cacie Wainwright.
She is survived by daughter, Pamela Webb, of the home; son, Dean Wainwright and his wife, Robin, of West Jordan, UT; daughter-in-law Luan Arnett and husband, Ronnie, of Corsicana, TX; granddaughters Rachel Webb, Camber Wainwright, and Cassandra Wainwright; grandsons Damon Neal, Stu Lamb, Scott Lamb, and Ray Lamb; sister-in-law Doris Wilhelm of Winfield, KS, as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends
