Obituary of Catherine JoAnn Hathcock

Please share a memory of Catherine to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Cathey Hathcock was born to John and Dorothy Rivett on April 4, 1945 in Pickett Prairie, Oklahoma. She was one of seven children. She peacefully went home to Heaven on Monday, April 18, 2022, at her home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma surrounded by her family. Cathern married the love of her life, Dennis Hathcock on October 26, 1962. The couple made a home together, raised 2 children and were together 60 years. Catherine worked 18 years and retired from McDonald’s. She loved playing cards with all her loved ones. One of her biggest enjoyments was hittin’ the road with her husband and out fishing him everywhere they went. Cathleen was preceded in death by her parents John and Dorothy Rivett. She is survived by her husband Dennis Hathcock, their sons Brett Hathcock and his wife Cassandra and Brook Hathcock and his wife Shelli, her 7 grandchildren; Brandon, Sean, Ashley, Acea, Ryan, Austin, Brittni, Kayla, Andrea and her 19 great-grandchildren, as well as her 6 siblings; Pat, Ruth, Sam, Steve, Ellen, Daisy and numerous friends. Note – the family misspelled Cathey’s name purposely, poking fun at the many ways her name was spelled by others. Funeral Services are scheduled at 10 am Friday, April 22, 2022 at Green Hill Funeral Home with interment in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4-8 pm on Thursday, April 19th.
